Karachi Water & Sewerage Board (KWSB) has a large workforce of more than 12,000 employees across the Sindh province, Pakistan.
Recently, with help of HTA, the water board has taken an initiative to automate its core HR processes to align its environment with universal and local best practices. The objective is to equip itself with an almost seamless information system which reduces time and cost of operation, improve transparency and accountability in HR processes and develop an environment where high-potential workforce is facilitated towards progress.
HTA is automating core HR processes of this public organization having a large workforce. Key steps include: up-gradation of HR polices, digitalization of employee files, integration of online payroll system, and automation of areas like benefit, medical, pension etc.
